RETURNS POLICY

We really hope that you are thrilled with your purchases from Holy Cats! Vintage Store. Please, check your item when you receive it. Should you wish to return any of the goods that you have purchased from us, there are a few important steps that we need you to follow. We abide by all Distance Selling Regulations and our policies do not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. You can let us know you want to return an item up to 14 days from the day your order is delivered.  You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Please send any returns to the above address. The cost of returns for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. For returns outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your returned goods to our warehouse we will send you an Email once your refund has been processed.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. If you do not inform us that you want to return the item within 14 days of delivery, or if your return does not reach us within 14 days of informing us that you want to return it, you will be given an online voucher for the value of your goods. While we process refunds within days of items arriving back to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please include your order number with any item you return. It's also useful to include the date of purchase, your original receipt (if you have it) and a brief description of the damage or defect. 

Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.

In case of damage during shipping, contact us as soon as possible and send us pictures of the broken item still inside the original box and as well pictures of the box. We don't take charge of postal service fault. Anyway in case of total refund, shipping cost are not refundable.

EXCHANGING ITEMS

If you would like to exchange an item the best thing you can do is place a new order for the new item you want and then return the items you don't want for a full refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

In the interests of hygiene, make-up and toiletries, swimwear, intimate apparel and pierced earrings cannot be returned.
