This rare vintage bird seems to fly directly from 1900s era! Features a scooped draped neckline, long mutton sleeves with 1 button frilly ends, fully lined bias cut flared skirt, back zip fastening and it has a self covered belt. Made from quality medium weight stretchy polyester fabric. Is fully lined with black stretchy silky jersey fabric. Very flattering on!
