80s Vintage Art Deco Burgundy Wine, Black & Gold Beaded Flapper Gatsby Stunning Evening Top by Crystals.
This is a beautiful top, made out of a fine, burgundy silk base, embroidered with black & gold glass beads! The top is very simple in it's styling, has a round neckline, and short sleeves. It has shoulder pads for that classic 1980's 'Power Dressing' silhouette! It is only lightly tailored and has a back zip fastening, with a scallopped edge at the sleeves and hem. It is very good structural condition and I can't see any damage or losses to beads! Itis fully lined in matching wine color viscose fabric. A lovely item, bang up-to-date in it's styling, with years of wear left in it!
The top is labelled as a size S, and this is approx a modern UK size 10/US sz 8 for a loose, comfortable fit, or a size UK 12/US 10 for a more fitted look. Please check exact measurements below as vintage sizes differ.
